Huge menu! Very fast and huge portions. The mixed breakfast burrito I got was delicious and was so big, I couldn't even eat half! Also they have a ton of salsa options when you dine in. Lady at the counter was friendly and nice.

Best Mexican food I've seen and tried in Utah! Stopped on our way to Salt Lake and Got the Mexicali Burrito, ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful, pretty big burrito too. They also have a full salsa bar with a variety of salsas, pickled carrots/jalapeños. Jarritos drinks, horchata, Sangría Señoral, I appreciated the Mexican authenticity coming from a Cali girl.

Consistently decent burritos. The carne asada fries is my go-to. And the creamy green salsa is awesome on top. Service is friendly at the drive-through. I have never gone inside.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast on our way to capitol reef national park. We went through the drive thru. I ordered the veggie breakfast burrito and added green sauce. My husband got a bacon and chorizo breakfast burrito. When we got them I couldn't believe my eyes. These burritos are HUGE. honestly... too big... I had it for breakfast and again for lunch and still had leftovers I ended up tossing because I couldn't eat more. The burrito was tasty! I loved the texture of the potatoes inside. Service at the drive thru was fast and friendly. I would come back but next time I'd buy one burrito to share.

Bomb ass breakfast burrito called the Todo. Hit the spot. The sausage was so yummy and the potatoes were really nice and soft. Not too greasy. Also it's the size of a newborn baby. Great value for the price.

My manager had been talking about Tripa Tacos, and I hadn't been able to find them anywhere near SLC until now...why didn't I try Mi Rico Burrito first? ‍ My original rating still stands because this place is awesome. This time i tried the fish, lengua (been into the lengua tacos as of late), and the tripa. The fish taco was okay... not my favorite, but decent. The tripa was different... earthy and crispy. And of course I really enjoyed the lengua tacos.
